Fries! The Movie is set to premiere at Tribeca Film Festival. The documentary is all you need to know about this communal food that we enjoy all over the world. From its discovery nearly two centuries ago to now where there are so many renditions of it, the film will set the record straight in many areas related to fries. From the insights of the world’s renowned chefs to the fry connoisseur, audiences will get to know why they are so damn special.

Key figures such as author and fries enthusiast and host of the podcast “Revisionist History” Malcolm Gladwell. Michelin chef Éric Ripert and NY Times Best Selling Author and celebrity personality Chrissy Teigen share their perspective to boot.

Emmy-award winning Michael Steed directs Fries! The Movie. Also, known for Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown and My Guest No Needs No Introduction with David Letterman. Co-founders of Zero Point Zero Productions Lydia Tenaglia and Christopher Collins are producing the film along with Chrissy Teigen. Along with Zero Point Zero’s Rob Sheard, Jared Andrukanis, and Unilever Entertainment‘s Kelly Mullen. Mullen and Giles Morrison are also executive producers for Unilever Entertainment.
