What is so interesting about Etha is that it allows for the members to look at a politician’s work. Furthermore, to see if actually aligns with his/her’s mission and vision. Members are able to submit their own stories of politicians to show if the work is getting done. Members can also look at media stories from around the world to determine bias or misinformation about the politicians in focus. What is a vital part of the Etha app is that it holds politicians accountable. They can no longer keep on getting the support of mainstream media networks supporting non-efforts. Members of the Etha can distinguish if politicians are putting their money where their mouth is.

Cleaning Up

What we admire about Nicole Ogloza is her vision of cleaning up the mess that we have built today. Especially during the pandemic, where the truth has become difficult to distinguish from reliable sources. The Etha app will allow members to chime in about their thoughts on certain politicians. Yet Etha forces members to post constructive opinions on the app where members can climb up Etha and have their voices heard. The app will discredit those who are spamming or bullying on the app. Furthermore, prevent bots from damaging the system.

FERNTV loves the Etha app for its intentions of cleaning up the democratic system. Etha does not rely on click-bait articles to sway its members to their political leans. Politicians as well as those of media networks will also be accountable for their actions.

Politicians and media members alike, do get an idea of how they are actually doing. Measuring the actual movement rather than words from politicians is what makes the app unique. While media networks will see if their “spins” on articles are actually working let alone considered one.

Nicole Ogloza is setting precedent for the current system that is flawed and is making a statement. She is inspiring future platforms for those who are downright tired of the false hope that politicians create. This is giving a new sense of hope to its members one step at a time.
